We were honored to share about our work and the strides we have made in raising awareness and linking young people to mental health services at the First National Mental Health Scientific Conference organized by the Tanzania Psychiatrists Association that took place at Gran Melia Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania.

The conference was attended by distinguished professionals in the field of psychiatry and psychology from across Africa and young psychiatrists and trainees under East African Association of Young Pyschiatrists and Trainees (EAYPTA).

Our Director (Dr. Nabwire Mary Lilian) was in attendance and represented the Haven Mental Health Foundation at the conference where she presented an abstract about Haven’s work
