We conducted a mental health awareness session among the students of Mulago High School and also also assessed for depression among the students. Over 300 students were assessed for depression using standard assessment tools and a significant number of them had moderate to severe depression and suicidal thoughts.

Following this exercise, we shall be working with Seek GSP Organization to offer group support psychotherapy to these students who are battling depression. The sessions took place for a period of 8 weeks and were facilitated by well trained group therapists.
